Privacy and website information

Updated October 16, 2026

Information you submit

The Chamber uses contact details and information submitted through this website to respond to messages, review applications and requests, maintain membership records, and coordinate Chamber activities. Relevant Chamber administrators receive these records and email notifications. Approved names, descriptions and images may appear publicly as indicated by the form.

Images and private records

New submitted images are kept in private review storage until an administrator publishes them. Unattached uploads are eligible for automatic removal after seven days. Submitted records remain available to Chamber administrators until removed. Private contact, payment and application records are not part of the public directory. Once an image has been published, copies saved by visitors or cached by browsers may remain after it is removed from the site.

Browsers and service providers

The site uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, file storage and administrator sign-in, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process data needed to operate their services, including operational logs. The site stores a text-size preference and a per-session directory-count flag in your browser. Administrator sessions persist on signed-in devices. Public image caching reduces repeated downloads. We do not use advertising trackers in the current website.

To limit automated abuse, the server uses temporary request limits and a keyed hash derived from the network address. These security counters are cleaned up after their retention window; they are not used for advertising profiles. Event reminders require email confirmation and are intended for the selected event.

Questions or corrections
